If you're worried about your relationship with food or exercise, NEDA's 3-minute confidential online screening for eating disorders can help you or a friend determine if it's time to seek professional help. Early detection of the signs & symptoms of disordered eating and eating disorders increases a person’s chance for successful recovery.
Please note that the screening is not an official diagnosis of an eating disorder.
